We Research

We assess whether a property, site, or design is viable for SDA. This often includes:


  • Looking at supply and demand in the local area, both current and future.
  • Analysing site and suburb suitability: zoning, overlays, council requirements, nearby infrastructure, and support services.
  • Reviewing floor plans, site design, and overall feasibility.
  • Looking at the SDA pipeline supply and projected demand to check if it stacks up.



This is usually delivered in an SDA Data Report or Package Report, depending on how far along you are in your project.


We Advise

We provide tailored advice depending on your project and goals. This can include:


  • What kind of participants your property is best suited for (e.g., HPS, ROB, FA, IL).
  • What dwelling type (house, duplex, apartments, etc.) is most appropriate for your site and suburb.
  • Reviewing and commenting on floor plans to ensure they meet participant needs and SDA Design Standards.
  • Identifying non-compliant elements and suggesting changes.
  • Helping you decide whether to renovate or rebuild an existing home.
  • Reviewing yield projectionsfeasibility summaries, or any spreadsheets you’ve been given.
  • Giving advice on larger-scale developments or bespoke situations.



Our advice might be verbal during a Zoom consult, in writing via email, or delivered as a report, depending on your preference.


We Educate

We love sharing what we know about SDA. We do this by:


  • Hosting workshops, webinars, and masterclasses to break things down step-by-step.
  • Offering strategy calls to walk you through SDA 101, or answer specific technical SDA questions.
  • Fortnightly EDMs consisting of the latest updates, opportunities and industry insights
  • Providing templates, checklists, and written resources to help you make decisions.
  • Supporting your learning with follow-up calls or support after a consultation or report.



We want you to feel confident in understanding what you’re investing in and why.


We Procure

We help you connect with the right people. This includes:


  • Procuring SDA Providers we know and trust, or to find a suitable Provider who can.
  • Procure Participants by reaching out to Support Coordinators, SIL Providers and other stakeholders.
  • Procure investment options within one’s budget to consider for purchase.
  • Connecting you to SDA Assessors, Architects or Designers, Town Planners, and other consultants.



If we’re not the right fit for a particular task, we’ll point you to someone who can help.


We Collaborate

We work with you and your team — not just for you. We often:


  • Come in halfway through a project to provide expert guidance (like to a builder)
  • Fill in gaps left by other consultants or teams (like to a Provider)
  • Work alongside your architect, builder, or provider to ensure SDA standards are being met.
  • Support Investors or Developers with Data and Feasibility insights so they can make better decisions about potential projects.

We Vet

We provide independent review and validation of what others are telling you. For example:


  • Reviewing a floor plan and advising whether it’s truly SDA-compliant — and suitable for your target market.

  • Vetting a builder, provider, or consultant to see if they’re experienced with SDA.
  • Checking if a project you’ve been shown is based on real data — or just marketing spin.
